Selection of our products takes place on-site in the producing country: the Caspian Sea, Finland or at the Russian/Chinese border – no journey is too far to bring you best quality.
All our caviar is 100% natural. As sturgeons need around 7 years before they produce the exclusive caviar roe, mastering the breeding technique is key. The sturgeon grows in an aquaculture environment where the natural habitat of the fish is imitated: a perfect combination of the wild with modern monitoring technology.
